I offer Individual and family therapy as well as parent/caregiver coaching.

Individual Therapy

All start with a conversation, I let curiosity lead the way, I aim to create a compassionate safe space for you to learn to explore your thoughts, beliefs, feelings, and sensations without judgment or attachment. I encourage you to step back from what at times feels like an impossible problem to solve, from feeling stuck, from fear and pain, and show you a way to become more present, undisturbed, open, and grounded in your inner core Self, that place within you where you can find Clarity, Courage, Confidence, Compassion, Curiosity, Connectedness, Creativity and Calmness.

Family Therapy

I work with all types of families to help them get unstuck from patterns of hurt and defensiveness. I help each family member identify the beliefs and feelings that fuel defensiveness and unhealthy family dynamics. IFS (Internal Family Systems) informs my "external" family systems work as well as the internal work so needed to help each family member.

Parent/Caregiver Coaching

It does takes a village. At times caregivers need a hand, a new perspective, some practical advice, or just a space to be heard flooded with resentment, guilt, shame or hopelessness. I utilize attachment-based play and the Multi-Modal Attachment Therapy model to help caregivers and children reconnect, re-establish a healthy hierarchy, and learn to self-regulate. I teach you about the 5 P's of Self-Leadership: Patience, Perspective, Presence, Persistence and Playfulness.

Walk and Talk

Nature is my biggest teacher and healer, it centers me, it brings perspective, re-connects me with my true nature, and teaches me to BE present in a way that few other relationships do. I like to tap into this wisdom while you and I walk, breath, and reflect. You lead the way on the trail and I go at your pace while I lead the way into your self-exploration. If fidgety or bored parts of you find it difficult to sit in an office or Zoom call, if eye-sustained eye contact feels like too much or if your body wants to move then this could perhaps a more natural way for you BE in sessions.
